Life is about dreaming beyond the believable, striving towards the unreachable and living a life full of the impossible. Every day I work my hardest to reach the goals and successes that I have only ever imagined... and throughout my time working within the industry that I adore - performance! - I have realised that there is always more to learn and that you can always improve.

Life changing events are rare, and should be embraced with open arms. You should never be scared of change and always believe that the possibilities are endless when you believe in your dreams.

Last month I had the opportunity to audition for The New York Conservatory Of Film and Television. I was amongst thousands of talented people and have been lucky enough to have been chosen to attend the School and be part of the class of 2008. It has definitely been a whirlwind of emotions since receiving the call, and I have decided to make my dreams come true by moving to New York to pursue my acting career at the school, and have the amazing opportunity to be trained by an elite group of teachers.

Since my acceptance I have been working hard to build up the funds needed to make up the fees that will go alongside my part scholarship. This has involved finding sponsors, raising peoples awareness with writing newspaper articles along with giving radio interviews. It has definitely been hard work and so far I have half of the funds but I'm still having to raise the next half. I have had a great response from people and really appreciate all of the support that I have received. I would especially like to give a big thank you to all of the people who have supported my dream by visiting my new shop. I believe that good things come to those who are determined, patient and positive. Throughout my life I have only ever wanted to perfom. That is my talent and dream. Everybody possesses a form of energy and spirit. As an individual I believe that my energy and determination has lead me towards the journey of a lifetime. Attending drama school has always been a dream of mine and the past month has made me realise that if you are willing to sacrifice, willing to hold onto to your faith and passion then you will finally get to where you want to be.

So I would just like to take this moment to say...

never give up on dreams as they are all you have and will determine what you will become.
